Product Overview
Chuck eye steaks are also known as "the poor man's ribeye" and can be a subsititute for ribeyes in almost any dish. They are very tender, have lots of marbling, and little fat. They are cut from the upper shoulder of the cow (center of the chuck), above the ribeye.
These cuts can be harder to find since there are only two per cow. They can be grilled or slow-cooked and have a nice meaty flavor. Get these delicious steaks delivered right to your front door!
