Our bone-in sirloins have all the juciy, tasty qualities of our sirloin steaks, but with the bone left in for additional flavor. These steaks are cut from the rear of the cow. They have more fat, less marbling, and grill more easily than some of our other cuts.
We recommend grilling them medium-rare to retain all the tenderness. Broiling and panfrying are other good cooking options.
